Message from Yoko Ono
"Alder Hey is a world renowned children's hospital, based in John's home town of Liverpool. When the hospital approached me to ask if I would support their wish to use one of John's drawings for their new IMAGINE campaign I was only too delighted to help.
I don't think many people know John's artwork, but sketching was like his security blanket - when he wasn't playing the guitar he was drawing. It seems to me entirely appropriate that one of the images he created out of love for our son Sean should be used to help the hospital to care for children worldwide."
'IMAGINE' is the name of Alder Hey's charity - a fundraising initiative that helps us to continue our pioneering work, caring for the health of over 200,000 children and young people per year. Every donation we receive will help us to achieve a little bit more, from researching medical conditions, to buying vital equipment - with your help, IMAGINE will improve the lives of children worldwide!

Thank you for all the support we have had over the festive season. For those of you that saw the programmes on ITV, you can see how much emotion is invested in the hospital. Not just at Christmas, but the whole year around.
We were very lucky that we were selected by ITV to be able to show the rest of the country how we are a lot more than just a hospital and again we are very grateful for your support.
For those of you who were unable to watch the programmes from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, you can watch them online on ITV catch-up until the end of January. Just Click on the links below to go directly there
